Public corrections
Anyone may suggest a correction. The form opens a structured GitHub Issue. Maintainers and appointed reviewers decide what is merged. Public users do not edit canonical YAML directly.
Appointed review
Appointed reviewers may propose YAML patches after signing in. Those proposals become GitHub pull requests that change context/**/*.yaml when a summary or source patch is supplied. Merge remains maintainer-controlled. Automation must not set theologically-reviewed.
